Ingredients

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Corn Syrup 1/4 cups

  • Water 3-4 tbsp

  • Orange Food Colouring 2-3 drop

  • Lemon flavoring 2 tbsp

Directions

    Take a pan, add sugar, corn syrup, and water and bring to soft boil, stirring constantly

  • 02

    Allow the mix to sit for 1 minute

  • 03

    Place a couple of drops of coloring, flavoring, and stir

  • 04

    Pour into parchment-lined pan

  • 05

    Let it cool briefly for 4 minutes

  • 06

    Finaly cut it into small pieces

  • 07

    Naraga mittai ready
