Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups corn syrup


  • 3-4 tbsp water


  • 2-3 drop orange food colouring


  • 2 tbsp lemon flavoring

Directions

  • Take a pan, add sugar, corn syrup, and water and bring to soft boil, stirring constantly
  • Allow the mix to sit for 1 minute
  • Place a couple of drops of coloring, flavoring, and stir
  • Pour into parchment-lined pan
  • Let it cool briefly for 4 minutes
  • Finaly cut it into small pieces
  • Naraga mittai ready
