Mawa 1 cups
Maida 1/2 cups
Nova Ghee 2 cups
Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Raisins 15-20 nos
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Water 2 1/2 cups
Nova Milk 1 tbsp
Directions
Crumble mawa
Mix with hand prepare dough using little milk
Divide into 18-20 equal parts and make smooth crackfree balls with it
Heat nova ghee fry gulabjamuns.let them cool.
Prepare sugar syrup by adding water and sugar cook about 10-15 minutes till the syrup is ready
Add fried balls in it and keep them in it for an hour before serving
