Mix together the cream and milk powder in a pan
When it reaches soft add the saffron milk and cardamom powder
Mix it and cook on low heat
Add saffron to the warm milk and set aside
Remove into a wide bowl and let it cool
Add the sugar and knead well with your fingers until the sugar has completely blended into the peda dough
Use cookie moulds, or shape pedas with palms into patty rounds
When set well, invert and carefully, unmould
Place chopped nuts and chocolate chips in to it
The pedas are ready to be served
