Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Fine keshew powder 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Yellow food colour 1/8 tsp

  • Soaked saffron 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped pistachio 2 tbsp

  • Nova Ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    In a pan add sugar,water and make 1 string sugar syrup,

  • 02

    Now add saffron,yellow color,and keshew powder and mix well on slow flame for 5 min.

  • 03

    Now pore the mixture in a greasing dish and sprinkle chopped keshew on it and let it set for 15 min.

  • 04

    After that cut it into diamonds shape and serve it
