In a mixture bowl add sprouted moong,spinach pury,cheakpea floor,salt,ginger,chilly,garlic paste and 1/2 cup water,and make smooth paste
Now w in a steamar put the greasing dish ,pore the mixture,and steam it 15 min.after cover
After steam now take a small pan add oil,let it hot,add mustard,sesmee seeds,and atasfotedia and pote this on a steam dish,then cut it in cube,and serve with ketchup
