Ingredients

  • 2 cups sprouted moong


  • 1 cups spinach pury


  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp for tempering-oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 3 tbsp chilly,ginger,garlic paste

Directions

  • In a mixture bowl add sprouted moong,spinach pury,cheakpea floor,salt,ginger,chilly,garlic paste and 1/2 cup water,and make smooth paste
  • Now w in a steamar put the greasing dish ,pore the mixture,and steam it 15 min.after cover
  • After steam now take a small pan add oil,let it hot,add mustard,sesmee seeds,and atasfotedia and pote this on a steam dish,then cut it in cube,and serve with ketchup
