Directions
Chop vegetables into small pieces so it will be easily cooked and keep this aside
Soak basmati rice for 30 mins and drain it off
Grind ginger,garlic and cinnamon with litttle water into fine paste
Heat oil in a small pressure cooker and temper it with adding cardamoms,cloves and bay leaf
Now add onion,green chilli and fry it till it become transparent,Add ginger garlic paste too
Stir the mix well for 1 min and add vegetables,fry this under medium flame for approx 2 min
Now add rice and mix this well
Drop salt,coconut milk and bring it to boil
Now close pressure cooker and cook it under low flame for 15 min or upto 2 whistles(use medium flame)
Open the lid and give it a good stir before serving,you can add little ghee for extra taste
Serve Hot
