  • Wheat 1 cups

  • Sugar,powdered 1 cups

  • Butter 100 gms

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Baking Powder 2 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 3-4 drop

  • Milk 2-3 tbsp

    Combine well the wheat baking powder and baking soda...

  • 02

    Grease the baking tin with butter and dust the tin with wheat flour...

  • 03

    Beat the butter in a bowl..

  • 04

    Add powdered sugar mix until its fluffy...

  • 05

    Beat the eggs and add into it..

  • 06

    Add the wheat mixture in three equal portions and combine well ...

    Pour the vanilla essence...

  • 08

    Add milk (kept in room temparature) and mix well into a smooth batter...

    If needed all the crunchy mrunchy stuffs... pour to cake tin ..

    Pre heat the pressure cooker for 10mins ..

    Keep a lid or vessel at the base of the cooker & place the baking tin above it to avoid direct heat....

    Put the flame on high for the first 5mins & sim the flame for another 25-30 mins...

    Cake is done... Try some toppings if you want...

    I made a caramel syrup as topping... 😊
