Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 sprig white bread slice (cut each bread into 4 triangles)


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 2 tbsp nova milk


  • 1 tsp cornflour powder


  • 2-3 tbsp water


  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder


  • 4-5 nos almonds for garnishing(finely chopped)


  • 250 gms refined oil or desi ghee for deep frying.

Directions

  • Firstly prepare the thick milk .Take a pan,put it on a low flame.Add condensed milk in the pan .
  • Now take a small bowl add 2 to 3 tbsp water and add cornflour powder in it and mix it,now pour this in the condensed milk and stir it.
  • Now quickly add cardamom powder and nova milk in it.
  • If the concoction is too thick add milk ,if its liquidy  add cornflour.
  • Mix it for few 3 to 4 minutes and switch off the flame.
  • keep asideTake another wok add oil or ghee and let it heat properly.
  • Put the slices of bread in the hot oil or ghee and fry it,till it turns golden crispy.
  • Now take the bread out and pour the thick milk on the bread.
  • Garnish it with few chopped almonds.Enjoy your crispy Shahi Tukda.
