Ingredients

  • Cornflour 1/2 cups

  • Water 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1 3/4 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Ghee 4 tbsp

  • Mixed nuts Silvered 1/2 cups

  • Food Colour 1/4 tsp

Directions

    In a microwave safe bowl, add in all the ingredients.

    Give it a good mix until lumpfree and clear.

    Microwave it on power HIGH for 2 minutes.

    Remove it and mix well. Microwave again on power HIGH for 2 minutes.

    In this way, microwave for 6 times taking it out after every 2 minutes and mixing well.

    This mixing is a very important step and should be done after every 2 minutes.

    Sometimes it happens so that it might require an additional 2 minutes of microwaving because each microwave has different temperature settings. I did mine in a 1250 Watt Microwave.

    After done remove it in a lightly greased plate.

    After 15 to 20 minutes, slice it and enjoy.

    If desired, cover it and refrigerate it before slicing.
