Ingredients

  • Paneer grated 1 cups

  • Carrots grated 1/2 cups

  • Onions chopped 1/2 cups

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cups

  • Broken wheat 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

Directions

    First of all blanch the broken wheat in enough hot water and keep it covered for 15 minutes.

    Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

  • 03

    After 15 minutes, drain the broken wheat and after it has drained well, add it to the rest of the ingredients that are already taken in a bowl.

    Mix well and shape into patties of desired shape and size.

  • 05

    Shallow fry them in butter on both the sides until golden and crisp.

  • 06

    Serve them alongside any dip of your choice.
