Make a smooth dough using all the ingredients.
There is no need of any water.
Let it rest for 15 minutes till the time, oil gets heated up.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a 1 inch thick disc.
Cut diagonals or squares whichever shape you prefer and deep fry few at a time.
Keep the flame on medium.
Deep fry them in batches.
This yummylicious idea of mine is a must try one with all the goodness of bananas in them.
Store them in airtight containers and relish upto a week when refrigerated according to the weather.
Sugar can be adjusted accordingly but do not add more as they might turn darker in colour.
