Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups besan


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 3 cups oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • In a mixing bowl add everything and mix properly
  • Then knead it with water but add 1tbsp of water at a time
  • It should be medium soft dough
  • Bring a murukku maker and grease it.
  • Then fill it with dough.
  • Press the murukku maker to get raw murukku sticks.
  • Deep fry the sticks up to crispy. Then bring out to a tissue paper.
  • Store it in an airtight container for 15 days
