Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Besan 1 cups

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp

  • Carrom Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 3 cups

Directions

    Heat oil in a kadai

  • 02

    In a mixing bowl add everything and mix properly

  • 03

    Then knead it with water but add 1tbsp of water at a time

  • 04

    It should be medium soft dough

  • 05

    Bring a murukku maker and grease it.

  • 06

    Then fill it with dough.

  • 07

    Press the murukku maker to get raw murukku sticks.

    Deep fry the sticks up to crispy. Then bring out to a tissue paper.

    Store it in an airtight container for 15 days
