Heat oil in a kadai
In a mixing bowl add everything and mix properly.
Then add water 1tbsp at a time and start kneading it
Slowly it will form a dough shape. It should be soft dough but not like rotis.
Bring a murukku maker and grease it properly. Then place a murukku mould in that. Fill the murukku mould with the dough. Place butter paper or a silver foil on a thali.
Slowly press the maker and prepare the murukkus on the thali.
Then slowly and lightly lift the murukkus from the plate slide in the oil. Fry it up to crispy.
Then bring this out to a tissue paper. Then store in a air tight container. It can be stored for 15days.
