Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Thin seviyan 1 cups

  • Nova Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar ( Adjust as per taste ) 1/2 cups

  • Nova Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Almonds and Cashews 1/2 cups

Directions

    In pan add the ghee and elaichi powder.

  • 02

    Heat on low flame.

  • 03

    Add broken seviyan and roast till color changes to brown.

  • 04

    Add water or milk.

  • 05

    Let it dry up.

  • 06

    Add sugar.

  • 07

    Put lid and shut off the gas.

  • 08

    Sugar will melt in the heat.

  • 09

    Garnish with almonds and cashews.
