Ingredients
Serves 4
Thin seviyan 1 cups
Nova Milk 1 1/2 cups
Sugar ( Adjust as per taste ) 1/2 cups
Nova Ghee 2 tbsp
Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp
Almonds and Cashews 1/2 cups
Directions
In pan add the ghee and elaichi powder.
Heat on low flame.
Add broken seviyan and roast till color changes to brown.
Add water or milk.
Let it dry up.
Add sugar.
Put lid and shut off the gas.
Sugar will melt in the heat.
Garnish with almonds and cashews.
