Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos cauliflower,medium


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 4-5 nos green chilies,slit


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi garam masala


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • 3 tbsp cornflour


  • 3 tbsp yoghurt


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

Directions

  • Wash and cut the cauliflower florets into big chunks.
  • Do not cut them into small pieces
  • Add cornflour and half of salt into the florets and mix well.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame.
  • Make the sauce now.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the curry leaves followed by the ginger garlic chilli paste.
  • Saute it for a minute and then add all the other spices.
  • Finally add in the fried cauliflower florets and mix well.
  • Simmer on low flame for about 2 minutes and then it is ready to serve.
  • Serve this tantalizing cauliflower 65 garnished with coriander leaves.
