Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cauliflower,medium 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Green chilies,slit 4-5 nos

  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp

  • Udupi Ruchi Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Curry Leaves 10 nos

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cups

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • Cornflour 3 tbsp

  • Yoghurt 3 tbsp

  • Lemon juice or vinegar 1 tbsp

Directions

    Wash and cut the cauliflower florets into big chunks.

    Do not cut them into small pieces

  • 03

    Add cornflour and half of salt into the florets and mix well.

  • 04

    Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame.

  • 05

    Make the sauce now.

    Heat oil in a pan and add the curry leaves followed by the ginger garlic chilli paste.

    Saute it for a minute and then add all the other spices.

    Finally add in the fried cauliflower florets and mix well.

    Simmer on low flame for about 2 minutes and then it is ready to serve.

    Serve this tantalizing cauliflower 65 garnished with coriander leaves.
