Ingredients
Serves 4
Paneer cubes 24 nos
Bell pepper green,cut into cubes 2 nos
Onions,cut into big chunks 2 nos
Babycorn,cut into two halves each 10 nos
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Hung curd 4 tbsp
Bell pepper red , cut into cubes 2 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Blackpepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Skewers 6 nos
Mushrooms whole 12 nos
Directions
First of all prepare the marinade using all the ingredients like cocoa powder, salt, blackpepper, crushed garlic, oregano and olive oil.
Refrigerate this marinade for 4 to 5 hours.
Toss well and set aside in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours.
Before grilling, align them on the skewers in any order you prefer.
You can use any of your favourite veggies too.
Grill them on stovetop or in the microwave as i did.
It took me around 20 minutes on stovetop griller.
See to it that the vegetables retain their crunch, so do not over do it. Grill them just until little brown and crisp on both the sides flipping them occasionally.
Serve these amazing starter with some sour cream and springonions on the side.
Paneer adds the Indian side to this Mexican dish and you can add your favourite spices to it by omitting the cocoa powder.
