Fresh yoghurt 500 gms
Nutella 1 cups
Mixed nuts or Almonds slivered 1/2 cups
Strain the yoghurt in a clean muslin cloth and keep it in a strainer with a deep bowl to hold it.
The muslin cloth should be folded well and kept with a weight on top for better results.
Leave it in the refrigerator to drain overnight.
Next day, use the drained whey in any gravy or curry as desired.The thick yoghurt can be used in making the nutella shrikhand.
Take this strained thick yoghurt in a wide bowl and add the nutella along with the nuts to it.
Mix it well and serve it in shot glasses to your family and guests on any special occasion or get togethers.
