Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 nos bread slices


  • 2 nos boiled and peeled potato slices ,medium


  • 1 nos capsicum (cut into rings)


  • 1 nos cucumber (cut into slices


  • 2 nos tomatoes (cut into slices)


  • 1 nos onion (cut into slices)


  • 4 tbsp processed cheese


  • 3-4 tbsp green chutney


  • 1 tbsp seasoning: chaat masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp temptas tomato ketchup

Directions

  • Place a bread on a clean and dry place.
  • Spread green chutney on a slice and arrange potato, capsicum and season with chaat masala, salt and black pepper.
  • Grate processed cheese over it and cover with another bread slice.
  • Apply green chutney on the bread on top and arrange cucumber, tomato slices over it. and season with salt, chaat masala and black pepper.
  • Grate some more cheese and cover with another slice of bread.
  • Again apply green chutney, arrange onion slice season with salt, chaat masala and black pepper.
  • Grate some cheese and cover with another bread slice.
  • Heat oil and butter in a pan. Place the sandwich on it. Let it turn brown. Flip it over carefully, and let the other side also turn brown.
  • Cut the sandwich into pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
