In a bowl, add rawa, curd, salt and water.
Add green chillies, onion, capsicum, tomatoes and fresh coriander. Mix well and keep aside.
Now take bread slices and cut them into the triangle shape and place the rawa mixture on bread slices.
Set a pan on a medium flame and add oil. Cook the bread uttappam till it turns crispy.
Bread uttappam is ready to be served hot with coconut chutney.
