Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas


  • 1 cups malayi


  • 4 tbsp dry fruits


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 1 cups sugar syrup


  • 8-10 nos black cardamom seeds

Directions

  • Firstly mash boiled Chickpeas in a Bowl.
  • Add black cardamom seeds and nutmeg powder and Mix.
  • Take a nonstick pan.
  • Add 1 tsp ghee and add Chickpeas mix and roast till it starts leaving pan.
  • When the mixture starts leaving pan add sugar syrup little by little and cook on low flame.
  • Stirring continuesly.
  • When it soaks all the syrup then add Malayi and cook on low flame till ghee separates.
  • Add chopped dry fruits and and cardamom powder and Mix Well.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes more.
  • Serve hot.
