All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Semolina 1/2 cups
Eggs 2 nos
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Coconut Powder or Pieces 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cups
Sugar 5 tbsp
Pineapple and apple slices 7-8 piece
Combine all to make a thick batter and keep aside for 15 minutes .
Heat the oil on a medium low flame .
Coat the fruit slices evenly with the batter and carefully slide into the hot oil .
Fry them on low to medium flame for even cooking .
Serve them hot with cream or any syrup of your choice or as it is .
