Soak rice in clean drinking water after rinsing it well.
Change the water every day.
The rice should be spread under the fan until it just dries up not fully and still somewhat wet.
Grind this rice coarsely, it should not be a fine powder.
Mix ghee and curd along with the sugar in this ground rice and using some water should be kneaded into a dough.
Water can be used accordingly.
Cover this dough with a wet cloth and leave it on the kitchen counter for a further 10 hours.
After 10 hours, pinch small balls out of this dough, roll in the sesame seeds and deep fry.
Deep fry these on low to medium flame for even cooking and a nice colour.
They can be made into disc shaped or ball shaped as desired.
Serve them immediately or store them in airtight containers and relish upto 15 days.
