Ingredients
Serves 4
Bread slices 8-10
1 cup Cabbage shredded
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Butter
Directions
Cut sides of bread slices
Add cabbage, carrot, cheese, green chillies, black pepper, oregano, salt in a mixing bowl. Mix properly.
Apply butter on bread slice. Place veggies spread on it. Spread tomato sauce on it. Then apply butter on another bread slice. Place it on first. Then press it.
Grill it in sandwich toaster.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
