Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice 200 gms

  • Urad daal 75 gms

  • Pizza cheese(mozzarella ) 2 tbsp

  • Capsicum sliced 1-2 nos

  • Onions sliced 1-2 nos

  • Tomato sliced 1-2 nos

  • Oregano 1-2 nos

Directions

    Soak daal and rice in separate bowls for 6-8 hours

  • 02

    After 8 hours drain the water and grind rice in smooth paste

  • 03

    Also grind the daal into smoith paste

  • 04

    Now mix both the batter and keep for fermentation for 7-8 hours

    After 8 hours take a tawa heat it and spread like an uttapam. Fry it from both the sides

    Now on the uttapam apply pizza sauce then spread chopped vegetables

  • 07

    Spread grated mozzarella cheese and bake on a non stick pan with the covered lid for 5 minutes on sim flame.

    Healthy uttizza is ready to eat...sprinkle some oregano on it.
