Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms rice


  • 75 gms urad daal


  • 2 tbsp pizza cheese(mozzarella )


  • 1-2 nos capsicum sliced


  • 1-2 nos onions sliced


  • 1-2 nos tomato sliced


  • 1-2 nos oregano

Directions

  • Soak daal and rice in separate bowls for 6-8 hours
  • After 8 hours drain the water and grind rice in smooth paste
  • Also grind the daal into smoith paste
  • Now mix both the batter and keep for fermentation for 7-8 hours
  • After 8 hours take a tawa heat it and spread like an uttapam. Fry it from both the sides
  • Now on the uttapam apply pizza sauce then spread chopped vegetables
  • Spread grated mozzarella cheese and bake on a non stick pan with the covered lid for 5 minutes on sim flame.
  • Healthy uttizza is ready to eat...sprinkle some oregano on it.
