Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups corn flour


  • 4 cups water


  • 2 cups sugar


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 3 tbsp nova ghee


  • 1 cups chopped keshew


  • 1/2 tsp green food colour


  • 1/2 tsp pink food colour


  • 1 tbsp chopped keshew for garnish

Directions

  • In a pan mix cornflour,sugar,water,keshew,and stir till mixture became transparent,
  • Now add lemon juice,ghee and stir till ghee absorbed,
  • Now take another pan ,and make 2 equals parts of cornflour mixure,in one part add green food color,and in second part add pink food color mix well on slow flame
  • Pour both mixture in separate dishes and sprinkle chopped keshew,
  • Let it set in fridge for 15_20 min
  • After that cut in cube and serve it.
