Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Corn flour 1 cups

  • Water 4 cups

  • Sugar 2 cups

  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

  • Nova Ghee 3 tbsp

  • Chopped Keshew 1 cups

  • Green Food colour 1/2 tsp

  • Pink Food Colour 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped keshew for garnish 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a pan mix cornflour,sugar,water,keshew,and stir till mixture became transparent,

    Now add lemon juice,ghee and stir till ghee absorbed,

  • 03

    Now take another pan ,and make 2 equals parts of cornflour mixure,in one part add green food color,and in second part add pink food color mix well on slow flame

    Pour both mixture in separate dishes and sprinkle chopped keshew,

    Let it set in fridge for 15_20 min

  • 06

    After that cut in cube and serve it.
