Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups gram flour


  • 2 cups cooking oil


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 3 nos green chili


  • 2 piece ginger


  • 4 nos onions


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Slice onions and chop ginger, chilli, and curry leaves
  • Take chopped ingredients in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon salt. Then squeeze it well by hand
  • Add rice flour, gram flour, and 1 cup of water into it and mixit well. Make a thick batter
  • Take oil in pan and heat it
  • When oil is hot reduce flame to medium
  • Drop a tablespoon of batter into it
  • Deep fry the vadas by turning both sides till golden brown
  • Serve it
