Slice onions and chop ginger, chilli, and curry leaves
Take chopped ingredients in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon salt. Then squeeze it well by hand
Add rice flour, gram flour, and 1 cup of water into it and mixit well. Make a thick batter
Take oil in pan and heat it
When oil is hot reduce flame to medium
Drop a tablespoon of batter into it
Deep fry the vadas by turning both sides till golden brown
Serve it
