Ingredients

  • 2 cups alsi (flax seed)


  • 1 cups jaggery powder


  • 4 tbsp nova ghee

Directions

  • In a pan add alsi and roast it till you get a roasted smell from it and then keep aside and cool down it
  • Now in a pan add jaggery powder and stir it and make it melt.
  • Now add ghee in jaggery powder when it gets melt and add alsi also mix well and off the flame.
  • Now in a platform put that mixture and roll it with rolling pin and then leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Cut it into your faviourate shape. Serve it.
