  • alsi (flax seed) 2 cups

  • Jaggery powder 1 cups

  • Nova Ghee 4 tbsp

    In a pan add alsi and roast it till you get a roasted smell from it and then keep aside and cool down it

    Now in a pan add jaggery powder and stir it and make it melt.

    Now add ghee in jaggery powder when it gets melt and add alsi also mix well and off the flame.

    Now in a platform put that mixture and roll it with rolling pin and then leave it for 20 minutes.

    Cut it into your faviourate shape. Serve it.
