Take the leftover poha in a bowl.
Add the salt, red chilli powder, bread crumbs and Ginger-Garlic paste.
Mix well.
Make balls of equal size and shape like cutlets.
Heat up oil in a thick bottom pan.
Keep the flame low.
Dip the cutlets in Rawa to coat them very well.
Slide in a few cutlets at a time in the oil and fry till golden brown in colour.
Remove on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Fry all cutlets similarly.
Serve hot with chutney or Ketchup.
