Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups ready leftover kanda poha


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp rawa


  • 2 cups oil

Directions

  • Take the leftover poha in a bowl.
  • Add the salt, red chilli powder, bread crumbs and Ginger-Garlic paste.
  • Mix well.
  • Make balls of equal size and shape like cutlets.
  • Heat up oil in a thick bottom pan.
  • Keep the flame low.
  • Dip the cutlets in Rawa to coat them very well.
  • Slide in a few cutlets at a time in the oil and fry till golden brown in colour.
  • Remove on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Fry all cutlets similarly.
  • Serve hot with chutney or Ketchup.
