For the Dharan- Mix the besan, salt, onion, red chilli powder,khus khus, oil .
Using the curd, make a soft dough.
Make small lemon size balls and press to flatten and Deep fry them to golden brown.
Keep aside.
To prepare the base- Heat oil in a pan.
Add in the jeera and let splutter.
Add the onion puree and Fry till colour change.
Add in the ginger garlic paste and the tomato puree.
Fry well till they turn soft.
Add all seasonings, salt as per taste,, whole masalas etc.
Put in the tikkis and Add 3 to 5 cups of water.
Cover with a lid and Let cook on low flame till the desired consistency of the gravy is got and the tikkis become soft.
Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve with ghee phulkas.
