Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 2 nos brown bread slices , crumbs


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tbsp green coriander leaves, chopped finely


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste

Directions

  • Grate the potatoes.
  • Add all the ingredients together.
  • Make small balls and press lightly to flatten.
  • Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with green chutney
