Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups black peas soaked atleast for 2 hr


  • 4 nos onion's finely chopped,


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves washed n chopped


  • 2 tsp gg paste


  • 5/6 nos stem of spring onion's


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 6 tsp besan


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 1/2 cups rawa


  • 1/2 tsp udupi ruchi chat masala

Directions

  • Boil black peas in cooker, drain the excess water n keep aside to cool n dry it cloth
  • Don't throw the water u can use it in any gravy or can make soup
  • Mix all ingredients except oil, besan n rawa, grind them in mixer n remove in a plate
  • Add besan fr binding
  • Spread rawa in flat plate
  • Give desired shape n deep fry them till golden brown color
  • Sever hot with hung curd, sauce or chutney
