Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Paneer Cubed 500 gms

  • Big Onions Cubed 2 nos

  • Big Tomato,deseeded and cubed 1 nos

  • Green Capsicum,cubed 1 kgs

  • Red Capsicum ,cubed 1 nos

  • For marination:chili powder 2 tsp

  • Udupi Ruchi garam masala 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Kasoori Methi Powder 1 tsp

  • Hung Curd 200 gms

  • Udupi Ruchi Chaat Masala 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Salt, to taste 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add all the ingredients for marination and make a thick paste.Now add all the veggies and paneer mix and coat well. Keep it aside for 4 hours

  • 02

    Arrange in skewer and  grill the paneer tikkas in grill mode of microwave oven for 10 mins on each side.

    The cooking time depends upon your microwave heat. If you don’t have microwave directly grill it upon your gas by turning your tikkas now and then so that they don’t get burnt.

    Before serving sprinkle some more chat masala and squeeze lemon and serve hot with green chutney.
