  • 500 gms paneer cubed

  • 2 nos big onions cubed

  • 1 nos big tomato,deseeded and cubed

  • 1 kgs green capsicum,cubed

  • 1 nos red capsicum ,cubed

  • 2 tsp for marination:chili powder

  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi garam masala

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 1 tsp kasoori methi powder

  • 200 gms hung curd

  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi chaat masala

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt, to taste


  • Take a bowl add all the ingredients for marination and make a thick paste.Now add all the veggies and paneer mix and coat well. Keep it aside for 4 hours
  • Arrange in skewer and  grill the paneer tikkas in grill mode of microwave oven for 10 mins on each side. 
  • The cooking time depends upon your microwave heat. If you don’t have microwave directly grill it upon your gas by turning your tikkas now and then so that they don’t get burnt. 
  • Before serving sprinkle some more chat masala and squeeze lemon and serve hot with green chutney.
