  • Nova full cream milk 1/2 litre

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Fresh Cream 1 tbsp

  • Millmaid 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 4-5 tbsp

  • Saffron Strands 10-20 nos

  • Cardamom Powder 2 pinch

    Boil milk and switch of the gas slowly add in curd little by little and switch on the gas on medium heat and let the milk curdle.

    Separate the whey and let it cool little(when you touch it should be still warm)

    Keep prepared paneer and 10 saffron strands in silbatta(motar pestle)and grind to fine paste till saffron leaves its colour.

    Now add sugar, milkmaid,cream and cardamom powder and knead the dough again.

    Form balls and keep in fridge for some time and decorate with a strands of saffron and serve
