Make a thick batter with rava and rice flour using water
add salt to taste
whisk well
allow to rest for 15 min
Heat large frying pan or tawa, and add tsp oil
pour the batter to make a mini uttapam like a pancake
Cook until bottom sides turns light brown for approx 2 minutes
Flip it gently and cook another side over medium flame until bottom surface turns light brown in colour
Flip it again,top with vegetables and pizza cheese
cover the pan to melt on low flame for 2 -3 minutes
Switch off the flame and put on a plate
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and serve
