Take all ingredients like whole wheat flour,sooji, maida, salt and roasted jeera in a bowl.
Start kneading lightly so that ghee gets mixed well with the flours.
Using water little by little knead a medium tight dough and rest it for 15 minutes.
Roll out a small rotis and place in cupcake moulds.
Press them in.
bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes till done.
Cool a bit and de mould.
To make the Masala Dal Wash and soak the dals for 2 hours.
However, Wash and soak the moong overnight.
In a pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoon oil and heat on low flame.
Add in the onions and fry till they caramelize.
Add in the seasoning, 2 to 3 cups water and the tamarind paste.
Bring to a boil.
Add the green chillies, dals, moong and cook for 3 whistles on full flame.
Let the pressure release on its own.
Open the cooker lid and Lightly mash to get smooth consistency.
To serve Add 1 tablespoon dal in each cuppie.
Garnish with onions.
Serve with the chutney.
