  • 1 cups boiled n mashed potatoes

  • 1 cups home made paneer

  • 1 cups chana sattu or roasted chikpeas powdered

  • 1 cups finely chopped oinons

  • 1 tbsp green chillies chopped

  • 1/2 cups green coriander chopped

  • 2 tsp udupi ruchi garam masala

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 cups harshingar (night jasmine) flowers


  • Mix paneer ,boiled potatoes,onions,green chillies, green coriander properly .
  • Add half of roasted chickpeas flour to it and knead in a smooth dough
  • Divide this dough into equally small balls
  • Line a baking tray with foil and brush oil on the surface.
  • Pat these balls with palm and place them on baking tray.
  • Brush a lil oil again over these patties.
  • Bake on 180 degrees for 5 minutes and then flip those patties to other sides
  • And bake them again for 5 minutes or till they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with dips/mint chutney or on a bed of sauteed capsicum n peas as i generally do
