Ingredients

  • 1 cups rice flour


  • 3/4 cups gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 3 cups oil

Directions

  • Add rice flour,gram flour,red chilli powder, asafoetida
  • Add water and make a soft dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take a ball of the dough and put it inside tbe special ribbon pakoda maker.
  • Squeeze tbe dough directly on to tbe hot oil.
  • Repeat the same with rest of tbe dough.
  • Enjoy for Diwali or as an evening snack..
