Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice Flour 1 cups

  • Gram Flour 3/4 cups

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 3/4 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Oil 3 cups

Directions

    Add rice flour,gram flour,red chilli powder, asafoetida

  • 02

    Add water and make a soft dough.

  • 03

    Heat oil in a pan.

  • 04

    Take a ball of the dough and put it inside tbe special ribbon pakoda maker.

  • 05

    Squeeze tbe dough directly on to tbe hot oil.

  • 06

    Repeat the same with rest of tbe dough.

  • 07

    Enjoy for Diwali or as an evening snack..
