Ingredients
Serves 2
Nova paneer grated 2 cups
Condensed Milk 2 cups
Sugar(optional) 1 tbsp
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
Chopped Pishtachios 1 tbsp
Chocolate Syrup 2 tbsp
Nova Ghee 1 tbsp
Chopped Cashew 1 tbsp
Directions
In a kadai ,add grated paneer and condensed milk and mix it well
Now put it on to flame and then start stiring it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes
Now add the sugar it is totally optional if you want to increase the taste of sweetness you can add it
Now add the dry fruits like Almonds pishtachios and cashew nuts and makes them well
Cook it by steering it for 10 to 12 minutes.
Now take a thali and grease it with nova ghee and keep aside
Now when the mixtures are in thicky consistency put it into a thali seprate them into to part and then in one portion add choclate syrup.
Now take the greased thali and put both the mixtures and let it set for 2 hours max.
Serve it..
