  • Grated carrot 4 cups

  • Nova Milk(doodh) 4 cups

  • Refined sugar 10-12 tbsp

  • Crushed makhana powder 1 cups

  • Sliced almonds 2 tbsp

  • Nova ghee/clarified butter 4 tbsp


  • 01

    Kadai and all the grated carrot and then add all Nova milk and mix it well and put it on to the flame

    The milk will started giving froth and reduced with the time

  • 03

    Keep stiring the halwa and scrap the sides of the kadai put the solid mixture onto the halwa

    Now add the Nova ghee or clarified butter to the halwa remember some milk should be there when you are adding The Ghee

    Now add the 10 to 12 tablespoon sugar or as required

  • 06

    Now add The crush Makhana powder mix it well don't let it sticky mix it continuously

    At last now add the sliced almonds and cook it for 5-10 minutes more

    Serve it hot by garnishing with almonds Happy Diwali
