Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 cups grated carrot


  • 4 cups nova milk(doodh)


  • 10-12 tbsp refined sugar


  • 1 cups crushed makhana powder


  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds


  • 4 tbsp nova ghee/clarified butter

Directions

  • Kadai and all the grated carrot and then add all Nova milk and mix it well and put it on to the flame
  • The milk will started giving froth and reduced with the time
  • Keep stiring the halwa and scrap the sides of the kadai put the solid mixture onto the halwa
  • Now add the Nova ghee or clarified butter to the halwa remember some milk should be there when you are adding The Ghee
  • Now add the 10 to 12 tablespoon sugar or as required
  • Now add The crush Makhana powder mix it well don't let it sticky mix it continuously
  • At last now add the sliced almonds and cook it for 5-10 minutes more
  • Serve it hot by garnishing with almonds Happy Diwali
