Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Chopped Bacon Bits 30 gms

  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Chili Flakes 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat

  • 02

    Add in chopped bacon bits and saute the bacons until brown and slightly crisp

  • 03

    When the bacon start to crisp up, add in galic and saute for another 10 seconds until garlic turn brown

  • 04

    Add in chili flakes, chili powder, salt and sugar

  • 05

    Stir for a few seconds and transfer the Bacon Chili oil to a bowl

  • 06

    Serve on the side with steak

    Store the remaining cooled bacon chili oil in an airtight container

  • 08

    It can last in fridge for at least 1 week
