Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 15 gms butter


  • 1 tbsp minced garlic


  • 200 ml cream


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp cognac

Directions

  • Melt the butter in a heated pan over medium heat
  • Add in garlic to the melted butter and saute for 30 secs
  • Add in cream and bring it to boil Allow the cream to reduce until it thicken and able to coat the back of the spoon
  • Season with salt and add in 1 teaspoon of cognac
  • Remove the cream from the heat and serve on the side with the steak or pour sauce over steak
