Ingredients

  • Chickpea flour 1 cups

  • Desiccated Coconut 1 cups

  • Clarified Butter 1 cups

  • Nova Milk 1 cups

  • Sugar 3 cups

Directions

    Grease a plate and keep it ready.

    Dry roast chickpea flour in a nonstick pan till it emits nice aroma.

    Switch of the gas add dessicated coconut and sugar and mix well.

  • 04

    Switch on the gas and slowly add the milk. Stir constantly

  • 05

    The sugar will start to melt and the chickpea flour mixture will be like liquid

  • 06

    To the mixture add clarified butter little by little till it's very nicely incorporated

  • 07

    Cook this mixture till it leaves the pan and clarified butter starts to separate.

  • 08

    Pour this mixture in a greased plate and cut in desired shape.

    Store in airtight container.
