Hot the oil and dip chaap in better and deep fry it.
Remove from oil when it becomes light brown.
Add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a blender and blend it.
In a cooker add 2 tbsp oil.
Add jeera and after a minute add gravy.
When it leaves oil then add all spices except Kasturi methi and mix.
Add malai, ketchup, sugar, and mix.
Add chaap and then then milk.
Mix it and Close the lid and wait for 5 vessel.
Add Kasturi methi and served.
