Ingredients

  • Chaap 2 nos

  • Besan 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Mirch 1 tbsp

  • Haldi 1 tbsp

  • Chaap Masala 2 tbsp

  • Malai 2 tbsp

  • Mik 1 ml

  • Ketchup 2 tbsp

  • onion 3 nos

  • tomato 3 nos

  • Ginger,grated 1 tbsp

  • Garlic,grated 1 tbsp

  • Oil for fry 2 tbsp

  • Kasur Methi 1 tbsp

  • Green chili 2 nos

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Ketchup 1 tbsp

    Add besan, 1/2 tbsp salt and water. (thin

    Hot the oil and dip chaap in better and deep fry it.

    Remove from oil when it becomes light brown.

  • 04

    Add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a blender and blend it.

    In a cooker add 2 tbsp oil.

  • 06

    Add jeera and after a minute add gravy.

  • 07

    When it leaves oil then add all spices except Kasturi methi and mix.

    Add malai, ketchup, sugar, and mix.

  • 09

    Add chaap and then then milk.

  • 10

    Mix it and Close the lid and wait for 5 vessel.

    Add Kasturi methi and served.
