Ingredients

  • Nova Full fat milk 3 litre

  • Lemon Water 1 tbsp

  • Water 1 cups

  • Sugar 4 cups

  • Cashew Chopped 2 tbsp

  • Almonds 2 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Directions

    In a pan add 1 1/2 litre milk and give it a boil.

    When it comes to boil add lemon and then slightly with the spatula mix it you can see small crystals of milk has been formed and that is called Chenna

    Now put the mixture into a cotton cloth and then with the help of coldest water watch it and squeeze the water now hang it anywhere by that the remaining water comes out for at least 20 minutes

    Now on the other side take a pan and add one and half litre milk and by steering it give it a boil

    When the milk reduces to its half add 1 cup sugar and stir it now add the chopped Cashew and almond and mix it and cook it till its come to its 3/4

    Now take that China and take it out from the cotton cloth and with the help of your palm just Mash it and make its small balls and give it a disc shaped

    Now take a pan and add water and remaining sugar and give it a boil and then slightly add that disc shaped Chenna and cook it till it double in shape and took it out from that Pan and squeeze it with the help of a spoon and add it directly into the rabdi

    Now put it into the freezer and then serve.

  • 09

    Garnish with cardamom powder.
