2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

  • 250 gms dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cups for coating: dessicated coconut

  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cups crushed walnuts


  • Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave.
  • Once the chocolate is melted let it cool down a bit and then add vanilla extract to it.
  • Add half cup of condensed milk and mix wellm
  • Cover and refrigerate for 15 mins so the mixture is hard enough to make truffles.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture and make 1 inch size balls of it.
  • Coat the chocolate truffles with coconut, cocoa powder and crushed walnuts.
  • Chill it for some more time or serve like that.
  • Store in an air tight container, stays good for 3-4 days.
