Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate 250 gms

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • For coating: dessicated coconut 1/2 cups

  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cups

  • Crushed Walnuts 1/4 cups

Directions

    Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave.

    Once the chocolate is melted let it cool down a bit and then add vanilla extract to it.

    Add half cup of condensed milk and mix wellm

  • 04

    Cover and refrigerate for 15 mins so the mixture is hard enough to make truffles.

    Take a small portion of the mixture and make 1 inch size balls of it.

    Coat the chocolate truffles with coconut, cocoa powder and crushed walnuts.

    Chill it for some more time or serve like that.

  • 08

    Store in an air tight container, stays good for 3-4 days.
