Wheat Flour1 1 cups
All purpose flour 1/2 cups
Cream 3 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Clarified Butter 4 tbsp
Water,to knead 1 cups
Bengal gram skinned 1 cups
Grated Jaggery 1 cups
Water 2 cups
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Knead the dough by mixing both the flours water and ghed.
The dough should neither be soft nor too hard.
Pressure the dal till soft.
Remove the extra water and add in jaggery and mix well.
Cook the dal and jaggery till it starts to leave the sides of the pan or the laddle used to stir the mix can stand upright without any support.
Add in cardamon powder, mix and switch of the gas
Let this mix cool and then fill it inside pinched balls of dough.
Roll this dough into flat bread and cook in hot griddle till done from both sides.
Drizzle ghee on both side and serve hot with milk.
