Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 tbsp rava/semolina


  • 3 1/4 cups thin coconut milk


  • 1 cups thick coconut milk


  • 4 nos cardamom


  • 7 tbsp sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp ghee,for frying


  • 10 nos cashewnuts


  • 10 nos raisins


  • 2 nos small onion(opt)

Directions

  • Heat ghee and roast semolina for 5 minutes in low flame ,Then keep aside
  • In a kadai add thin coconut milk along with cardamom, sugar and salt, Allow it to heat
  • Then add roasted rava and cook for 5-10 minutes stirring continouslly
  • Then add thick milk and heat for 1 minutes
  • Finally add roasted chasews ,raisins and small onions
