Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 cups poha


  • 2 tbsp jaggery grates


  • 1 nos coconut,half


  • 1 1/2 cups pori(puffed rice)


  • 1 nos coconut,half


  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • For Poha : Take 1/2 coconut -Heat for 2 minutes
  • Or u can sprinkle some hot milk in the coconut
  • Then add jaggery or sugar and mix thoroughly
  • Then add poha and mix well, Check the sugar
  • Finally add chopped banana and allow to rest for 10- minutes,(if u want crispy poha then no need of resting it for 10 minutes )
  • For puffed rice :Mix coconut with sugar
  • Then add puffed rice and mix
  • serve immediately
